"... Mom, I can try ...??"
Hello everyone!
few days ago, walking in and around the various blogs, I found the recipe for milk jam (dulce de leche). Even as boiling was a delight to smell the scent of milk and vanilla wafted into the house ... After work, I tried to put it in jars, but ... between a "... can I try?" and "yum! .. the mom, I can try a little'..?"... I managed to make just one jar!
The recipe comes from the brussels sprouts is very simple but a bit 'long cooking, it has not become my own dark as it should but it is equally good!
Ingredients:
1 liter of whole milk 280g sugar
vaniglia1 teaspoon baking
Bring the milk to a boil in a large pot (for cooking swells). When the milk begins to boil, add sugar and baking soda and vanilla (amount to taste). Simmer gently for about 45 minutes, stir occasionally. From here begins the last phase that lasts about half an hour and is the most delicate: you have to keep an eye and stir often up to a compound of a certain density, it is ready when you see the bottom of the pot stirring. Turn off the gas mixed with a few more minutes and invasive. Store in refrigerator.
